MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Handling the SAP system for SD and transportation S4Hana modules.
Responsible for supporting the SAP users.
Training the Trainer , to have a trainer in large departments to train the new users.
Implementing software for any new project related to the department he is responsible for
Supporting the technical side for the call center
Searching and submitting solutions for any expected problems which can pop up on the SAP system.
Analyzing the current business cycle
Planning for any new development projects
Checking the gap between the current business cycle and the suggested business plan
Understanding the department and its system to be able to define its business needs.
Analyzing any additional required options to be added on the SAP.
Responsible for authorization analysis for the SAP users
Responsible for Business Blueprint documentation
Preparing the end user manual
Providing training for the new SAP users , and for the current employees on any new feature on the SAP
Acting as an internal consultant for juhayna with the vendors of any new project and evaluating vendors performance
Implementing the worldwide SAP cycle in juhayna
Receiving Requirements for modification or changing on the SAP from the management and analyze it and suggest alternatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field
Prefer to have an experience in FMCG companies and Sales buzz App.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
